Croff Craft drift boats float large on any rivers. If it is a small lake boat you are looking for, you've also come to the right place. They are highly stable due to the wide stance of the design. The design of our boats makes it possible to navigate small rivers, that before now, were off limits to water craft because of their shallow water or tight banks.
A guide boat design by a flyfishing guide
Dry storage is a must in any flyfishing boat, and we will configure your boat for whatever your needs demand. Rod storage is incorporated in all ourboats, to keep your fine tuned fishing instruments neatly tucked and safe as possible. The front knee brace makes standing, sight fishing and throwing streamers very comfortable. Our signature front dome is not only eye candy, it also is structural and doubles as a line catch when casting from a standing position. The anchor systems are equipped with high tech sailing components from Harken and Ronstan, which creates a very smooth operating system.
At Croff Craft we are dedicated to our customer's wants and needs. Every custom drift boat and oar that we build, may be a little different, with the exception of the hulls (Croff Craft Design), to meet these needs. Being a custom builder allows us to think outside the box. Then when you combine that with Phil's experience as a flyfishing guide, the result is a boat design and build with care and meticulousness like no other. With imagination and attention to detail, we want to create for you, the boat of your dreams.
Along with full custom builds, we'll do a full restoration on your drift boat. We'll take old bestie and strip her down to bare and start from scratch. We can also go to work on those up grades you've been thinking about. Wood has always been an intricate part of boat building since the beginning. Even if you have a fiberglass driftboat, we can spruce it up. Wood roped seats, or any other custom touches you've been thinking about for a while. Custom hand made oars can be built to your specs, length only up to 9ft.
